Visa and Invitation Letter

For invitation letters, and VISA requests, please contact the RTSS 2022 organization – rtss2022-visa@inria.fr 

In your request email, please include the following information:

  • First & last name
  • Gender (male / female)
  • Birth date (to avoid month/day confusion, please use a format similar to dd-Mon-yyyy)
  • Birthplace
  • Passport number & country of issuance
  • Company / affiliation
  • Role

For authors of accepted papers at RTSS 2022, workshops, and Brief Presentations, please also include the title in your email.

For other participants, please wait for the registration to be open as the organizers cannot commit to providing you an invitation letter without such registration.

Students and Under-represented Researchers

The RTSS 2022 conference organizers together with the IEEE TCRTS have secured funds for 20 Student Travel Grants to support the physical participation of students to RTSS 2022 events. Each grant will cover a full registration to the conference and to one of the workshops. The applicants should register only after the grant notification as the successful ones will receive a code allowing them to fully cover a registration as a physical participant.

Application Deadline —  11th November 2022

Notification of Acceptance —  14th November 2022

Registration Deadline for Student Grant Receivers —  18th November 2022

Eligibility
The award of the travel grants will be in accordance with the following guidelines:

• The applicant must be a current graduate student at an institution of higher education.
• The applicant must physically attend the conference.
• Travel grants will be awarded on the basis of financial need. Preference will be given to the following categories: 

(i) underrepresented/minority students or without any active grant funding that are co-authors of a paper accepted at some session of RTSS 2022 (conference, workshop, brief presentation, RTSS@work) 

(ii) underrepresented/minority students or without any active grant funding.

The advisor may be contacted to follow up with an email to acknowledge the accuracy of this information. Successful applicants will receive a registration code allowing to cover fully their registration – it is important NOT TO REGISTER before receiving the award confirmation.
